What Homnest.co does with calculator inputs
When you adjust rent, income, home price, down payment, mortgage rate, property location, debt, or payoff values, the calculation runs in the local state of your browser. Those financial inputs are not transmitted to, stored on, or shared by Homnest.co servers.
Closing a page or refreshing it clears the scenario unless your browser independently restores a page session. Homnest.co does not use these inputs to contact you, evaluate you, or target you with broker or lender outreach.
No registration or personal contact details
You can use Homnest.co without creating an account or providing a name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or credit information. We do not require a sign-in to use the tools and we do not sell calculator scenarios as leads.
Cookies, advertising, and anonymous analytics
Homnest.co may use limited cookies or similar technologies to understand aggregate site performance and protect the service. Analytics are configured to measure broad, anonymized traffic patterns rather than your calculator inputs or a financial profile.
